Shipping & Deliveries
- > All items are shipped via courier services and
must
be delivered to a physical street address.
- > Late Deliveries: While we and our courier
partners
do our best to deliver on time, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen
circumstances such as weather, traffic disruption, or system errors.
- > We will process the refund less the courier fee
once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has
- > confirmed that the item is in a saleable
condition.
- > Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis
and are generally processed within 5 working days.
Short Deliveries & Damaged Packaging
To protect your order and ensure accurate records, please follow these steps at
the time of delivery.
1. Count the boxes
- Check that the number of boxes you receive matches
the carrier's delivery note
- If fewer boxes are received, note the actual quantity
on the delivery note before signing.
2. Inspect for Damage
- Examine all packages for visible damage
- Note any damage clearly next to your signature on the
delivery note
- Cross out any printed "Delivered in good condition"
wording if the package is damaged.
3. Take a Video or Photos
- Before the delivery person leaves, please take a
quick video or clear photos of the delivered items -especially if there is damage or
an incomplete order.
- This will act as proof for any claims
4. Report within 24 Hours
- Any issues must be reported to Fetinga within 24
Hours of signing the delivery note.
- Unreported damages or shortages will not be
claimable.
Your signature confirms that the delivery was received in full and in good condition.
Please inspect carefully before signing.
Collections
- Once full payment is received, orders maybe collected from our warehouse.
- You may collect personally or send preferred courier.
- Please arrange collection with our office ahead of time
